Leading specialist loss adjuster QuestGates is proud to announce that it won the Initiative of the Year (Commercial Claims) Award at the inaugural Post Magazine Loss Adjusting Awards held last night at London’s Royal Garden.
This new awards programme recognises and rewards the highest performing teams and individuals across the breadth of the UK loss adjusting industry.
In presenting QuestGates the Initiative of the Year (Commercial Claims) Award, the judges determined that the launch of its Corporate Claims Solutions proposition in 2011 had made a significant mark though its mix of technical ability, the application of innovative ideas and the quality of the service offered.
Since the launch of Corporate Claims Solutions, QuestGates has saved its corporate customers over 30% on third party solicitor costs, massively reduced the number of cases involving solicitors and achieved a 100% success rate on claims that have proceeded to trial. Repudiation rates stand at almost 40% alongside virtually zero complaints. As a result QuestGates has secured a number of new blue chip corporate clients over the past 12 months. The Corporate Claims Solutions team is growing rapidly and already receive in excess of 5000 claims and 8,500 incident notifications per annum.
