QUESTGATES RECRUITS BOOST CORPORATE CLAIMS SOLUTIONS TEAM

Following a number of new client wins and an increase in the volume of new instructions being received from existing clients, leading specialist loss adjuster QuestGates has made several new appointments to further strengthen its Corporate Claims Solutions (CCS) teams in Birmingham and Bolton.
Claire Moran joins the team in Bolton as Claims Handler. Claire has an LLB in Law with over 20 years’ post qualification defendant personal injury experience. She has worked solicitors including Beachcroft LLP. Her most recent position was at Weightmans as a personal injury solicitor.

Neil Wright has also been appointed as Claims Handler in Bolton. He joins the team from Aviva where he worked as a project manager in its Bodily Injury Claims Department. Over the course of his career to date, he has also worked for Broker Direct and Giles. Neil is a Dip CII and is progressing with his professional qualifications.

Julia Mortiboys joins the CCS support team in Birmingham as a Claims Assistant having previously worked in a similar role with Gallagher Bassett in Birmingham for 14 years.

Razul Alahi has been appointed Claims Handler in Birmingham. He joins the business from GAB Robins where he worked as a liability claims handler having previously worked for Crawfords. Razul is Cert CII qualified.

Last but not least, Gareth Jones joins the Birmingham based CCS team also as Claims Handler. Gareth previously worked at Gallagher Bassett and Zurich in claims handling roles. He is Cert CII qualified and is looking to progress his studies to achieve further professional qualifications.

In addition to these new recruits, current CCS team members Charlotte Naylor and Lucy Brown have been promoted to the roles of Claims Handler and Claims Assistant respectively.
